The mission of the journal Current Topics in Biophysics (CTB) is to publish high-quality scientific works focusing on the application of physical and computational methods in the study of biological matter, as well as works elucidating the structure of biomolecules and the phenomena and processes related to the functioning of living organisms at the molecular level. Published articles should be characterized by the highest scientific standards and presented in a manner understandable to a broad audience, including biologists, chemists, physicists, and medical physicists.The journal accepts original scientific articles, short communications (letters), commentaries, and comprehensive review articles. Additionally, CTB’s scope of interest includes conference materials, reports on new technologies and advancements in research techniques, as well as didactic articles dedicated to contemporary research methods in biophysics
